About KPCC
We are a recreational/racing club for bicyclists of all ages and abilities located amidst the beautiful Green Mountains of Central / Southern Vermont. Competitive, experienced and occasional cyclists will find rides to match their skills. From April to October, a club ride or event is offered each week, and during the summer several rides are usually available on all levels each week. Most rides are announced by the cycling skills needed to enjoy the ride.
Our club was organized in 1989 and we are incorporated as a not-for-profit corporation in Vermont. We were organized to promote road and mountain bicycling for sport, recreation, health, and friendship. We make available to our membership and others information on safety, proper bicycle maintenance and competency in riding. We act as a voice in our communities to improve bicycling safety and facilities. Our members range in age from teenagers to over 70.
We are an organization run entirely by volunteers and funded through dues and sponsor membership. We encourage all visitors to our website to consider joining our club.
